All deliverables are based solely on the information you provide. Our services are offered in good faith and in compliance with federal and state laws.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete financial information
Review all documents prior to submission
Retain copies of your tax documents
Respond promptly to any requests
Comply with all IRS and state laws
You assume full responsibility for penalties arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are disclosed before service concludes.
Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Additional charges may apply for:
Amended returns
Expedited services
Additional consultation
Late documentation
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds may be issued only if work has not started.
Once preparation or consultation begins, all fees are final.
SheCounts does not guarantee refund amounts or financial outcomes.
5. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability
Accuracy depends on the information you provide. SheCounts is not responsible for:
Penalties or delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information
Late document submissions
Failure to respond to IRS/state notices
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
6. Confidentiality and Data Security
We comply with:

Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act
State and federal privacy laws
Data is encrypted and never sold. Access is granted only to authorized personnel.
7. Electronic Communication & Signature Consent
By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications.
Your electronic signature is legally binding under UETA and the E-SIGN Act.
8. Intellectual Property
All SheCounts materials—including forms, guides, systems, templates, and content—are proprietary.
You may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Texas law.
Disputes must be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
11. SMS Communication & Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to SheCounts Taxes and Wealth through our website, forms, applications, booking pages, or communication channels, you expressly agree to receive SMS (text) messages from us for service-related and informational purposes.
11.1 Types of Messages You May Receive
Messages may include:
Service Alerts: Appointment confirmations, reminders, filing updates, and important tax deadlines

11.2 Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 text messages per week, with the possibility of additional messages during peak service periods such as tax season or onboarding cycles.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
11.3 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”
Reply “HELP” for assistance.
Opting out will not affect your access to email communication or service availability.
11.4 Data Protection & No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, transfer, or share consumer data — including phone numbers — with any external organizations or third parties under any circumstances.
This includes situations even where user consent may be implied or assumed.
To protect your information, SheCounts uses:
